For big, international company, we are looking for 2 experienced Shared Ops Project Managers who can support multiple projects aimed at process optimization, efficiencies, process redesign, work transition between countries and centres of excellence.


  • Location: 100% remote work (you must be located in Poland)
  • Form of cooperation: B2B contract via Hays (long-term cooperation)
  • Rate: 180-240 pln/h net + vat (depends on experience, negotiable)
  • Start date: ASAP (max 30 days’ notice period is acceptable)
  • Working hours: This role will require up to 50% work on US timezone (+7h to Poland)



Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as Manager in similar projects
  • Process optimization and work transition experience
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, particularly in leading optimization projects
  • Shared services or outsourcing – transitions related experience
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, to include public speaking, group presentation
  • Capacity to evaluate the processes end-to-end from upstream till the end, and design a universal Global Operating Model, reducing inter-region variations and dependency on vendor standard solutions
  • Experienced in managing finance and financial system projects
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group to include executives, managers and subject matter experts
  • Capability to redefine manual handoffs, and utilize tools such as Power Automate, Al, and ML over UiPath to optimize process efficiency.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with forethought of organizational goals and needs
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to changing business needs and demands
  • Proficient in use of MS Office, specifically Project, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Recognized and accredited professional project management training and certification (such as PMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent) preferred but not required.


Responsibilities:
  • Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs), leading indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness and success of ABS initiatives. This includes defining targets, tracking progress, and regularly reporting on the achieved value and benefits to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that these standards are uniformly adopted and practiced across the entire organization
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
  • Effectively conduct resource planning for all project work
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation and capture requirements from all functional stakeholders
  • Analyze, recommend, and drive process and program improvements across functional teams
